On Thursday 2 December Mrs Fowler, Fifita and Waseem went to Linwood Intermediate for the annual Rotary Honour Roll Assembly.
As Head Boy and Head Girl, Waseem and Fifita recieved an award for being outstanding leaders and role models at our school. There were other schools from our area that also had children that had made the Honour Roll.
Mandy Nottingham was the guest speaker. She is an international and national netball umpire and she spoke of setting goals and challenging yourself. She was an inspiring speaker. Fifita and Waseem recieved an award each and a Guiness World Record Book 2011 for the school library.
